Participation Sign-ups

We use a web-based program called It is your responsibility to set up an account with them. Before each schedule you will receive an email invitation to sign up for the next schedule.

Please follow the steps below to complete your sign-up for Participation Dates : 

1. Please find your family name in the sign-up description with the number of days that you are assigned to work.

2. If your number has an R next to it, please sign up for a ROOM slot

3. If it has an H next to it, please sign up for a HOUSEKEEPER slot.

A slot will be assigned to you if you do not sign up by the announced deadline.

The Sign Up schedule will be posted in the class room and emailed to you.

Just a friendly reminder, your family is responsible for your participation days. Please swap with a family if need be or hire a sub for $25. Please inform the school by email/Facebook private group, or your child's teacher if you are swapping or hiring a sub. You can also note the swap/sub on the printed schedule in the classroom.
